I am Research Project Lead for Studies of Postsecondary and Labor Market Outcomes in the lab of Dr. Peter Riley Bahr in the Center for the Study of Higher and Postsecondary Education (CSHPE) in the Marsal Family School of Education at the University of Michigan. I examine adult, professional, and graduate education with an emphasis on STEM fields and careers.

My dissertation research examined scientific careers, training, and workplaces, with a focus on academic research productivity in lower-resourced and emergent research institutions in the United States.

My work has been published in outlets including Computers & Education, Computer Science Education, the proceedings of the American Society of Engineering Education, and The Internet and Higher Education.
